SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY

All items are dispatched only after we have received a payment of the full amount plus shipping costs. Deliveries within the South Africa are made using DSV tracked delivery.  Items will be dispatched within 2 days after the completion of production and delivery will be within 2-5 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Deliveries to countries outside of South Africa use DSV, Aramex or Fedex. Items will be dispatched within 2 days after the completion of production and estimated delivery time will be approxaimtely 10 – 14 days.
All international packages outside South Africa may be subject to duties and taxes.Any additional charges for customs clearance are paid by the customer. We cannot cancel orders on the basis of unforseen duties or levies.

Sett & Beat ships to the shipping address provided by the customer. Sett & Beat is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Sett & Beat cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments returned to Sett & Beat as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. If goods do not arrive within your chosen delivery period, please contact us (please contact us within a week if this should occur).

PACKAGING

For the sake of the environment, we pack your order completely plastic-free. As packaging material we use only paper, cardboard and compositable flyer bags. To avoid unnecessary packaging waste, we try to reuse as many packages from returns from our customers and deliveries from our producers. We are of course very happy if you also find another use for your package.

RISK OF DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
