Product Care Guidelines
To help extend the life of your rug, we recommend avoiding motorised attachments with beater brushes. Lower the power of the suction if possible. Vacuum gently from side to side, your movements should be slow and steady in order to suck up as much dirt and dust as possible while not agitating the yarn. If you need to spot clean your rug, do so with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Wool naturally repels liquids at first contact so treat it quickly with a dry cloth and follow up with water and detergent and your rug should be fine. After a few years (or more serious soiling), we recommend having your rug professionally cleaned. Look for a quality professional cleaner in your part of the world to help reinvigorate your Sett & Beat rug.
